Challenge your body and mind as a YogaSix instructor skillfully guides you through a full-body experience, including breath work, developing strength, flexibility, comfort level, and stamina. Class is designed for both the beginner and advanced yoga student. Please meet in the area between the library and Jackman Park. Bring a fitness mat, water bottle and towel with you. Masks and social distancing required. A liability waiver will be emailed to all registrants and must be signed and returned by 4PM on June 11.
